I don’t know about you, but when I think of a holiday by the sea I think of sunshine, sandy beaches and ice cream. Unfortunately for us, St Ives had other ideas and we had to battle against two days of sheet rain before the mist finally retreated and allowed summer to continue its reign. Still, at least I had the foresight to pack my raincoat. The dress I’m wearing is from Dorothy Perkins. I haven’t been into a Dorothy Perkins store in years, but I caught sight of this dress while I was innocently loitering around the entrance to Outfit (to my non-British readers: this is a chain that carries, amongst other brands, Dorothy Perkins and Topshop) and before I knew what was happening I was at the till and handing over my debit card. I don’t think buying it was a mistake, but at least if it was, it was a fairly cheap one.
I don’t think that dress was a mistake at all : ) Also, that little raincoat is too adorable.
I love the photos, specially the last one. The caramel colour of the brogues… Love it! You look so beautiful in that coat :)
